Photos on our sites may be downloaded in the normal course of internet browsing and the like. Beyond that, we retain all copyright and other IP Rights. Authorisation is granted to people to download and use high resolution images and others posted on our sites, for the express purpose of favourable promotion of Snakebusters, Raymond Hoser, Snakeman and entities we control, advertising events we appear at and the like. As a rule this permission only extends for the purposes of promoting upcoming events where we appear, our publications and the like. Under no circumstances are any images allowed to be resold or the like, or placed on other internet sites, except for the direct purpose of promoting ourselves and entities we control and events we are scheduled to appear at, or have recently appeared at. Under no circumstances are our images or images of us and our reptiles, and similar to be used to promote any other wildlife demonstrator, zoo or similar, or entities not controlled by us, including in any possible way, such as at a venue where we have appeared and an alternative animal, reptile or wildlife show may appear subsequently, for the obvious reason that we may be inadvertently associated with the other entity in some way. No images may be digitally altered to alter it's intended meaning or to portray ourselves in a way that could be deemed adverse or unfavourable. For direct advertising and promotion of ourselves, including that which may post-date a given appearance (as may happen on websites and the like), we waive the requirement that images must be credited to us. For all other uses, the images must be prominently credited to "Snakeman Raymond Hoser / Snakebusters". Written as "Photo by Snakeman Raymond Hoser / Snakebusters". We also retain all IP rights for these images in the event of any breaches of these terms and all others on this website as listed in the links below. Persons promoting us are advised to use our photos as opposed to others as there may be copyright issues involved with pictures sourced elsewhere.
Importantly, we own the trademarks "Snakeman", "Snakebusters", "Australia's best reptiles", "hold the animals", "hands on reptiles" and variants in all relevant classes and jurisdictions, so use them to favourably promote our superior wildlife shows in association with our images. If you see anyone promoting any inexperienced imitators using our trademarks in any way, please let us know immediately and we'll stop them!
