Getting Raymond Hoser The Snake ManMichael Alexander, is back in the Federal Court in May/July 2018 for a statement of claim stating he has breached a Federal Court mediated settlement agreement and undertakings in that agreement.

Media release May/July 2018

On 25 August 2017, Mr. Alexander signed a court mediated series of undertakings, including not to use the Snakeman's owned and registered trademarks in any way, including "Snakeman", "snake man", "reptile party" and "reptile parties", which he and associates had been doing to unlawfully divert clients to their less experienced business enterprises. He also undertook not to engage in taxonomic vandalism against Raymond Hoser, the Snakeman's scientific research and formally named taxa and further undertook not to get or induce others to do what he was banned from doing.
The 2018 case involves a number of aspects, but the main one is that Michael Alexander unlawfully breached the 2017 undertakings.
Court documents including evidence of unlawful actions by Mr. Alexander have been filed by the Snakeman Raymond Hoser and in response Mr. Alexander denied all liability or having breached the order, which is contrary to the documentary evidence on the court file.
In any event the case is being contested by Mr. Alexander.

Would thieves should be aware that the Snakeman Raymond Hoser will do all that is neccessary to protect his registered trademarks to ensure the safety of his clients.
Raymond Hoser would prefer not to be dragged into legal proceedings by lawbreakers as this diverts him and his dedicated team away from their critically important wildlife conservation work.
There is NO SUPPRESSION ORDER on this ongoing Federal Court case or accurate reporting of it and we welcome wide dissemination of the case, including the final result of the 2017 case.

Signed Snake Man Raymond Hoser.
